About Jakob Essen

Holds a diploma in osteopathy in Germany and is a licensed German physiotherapist and licensed alternative practitioner (Heilpraktiker, Germany). Offers manual therapy and health-supporting sessions for self-paying clients in Cyprus.

With a deep understanding of movement, balance, and body awareness, I work holistically to support people individually.

I continuously expand my expertise to integrate the latest health and movement insights into my practice.

Duration: 45–55 minutes
Price: €85 per session

First consultation or follow-up – tailored sessions with Jakob (German-trained, D.O.) focusing on intuitive hands-on care and precision therapy.

Tailor-made one-to-one sessions designed for your specific goals and needs. Sessions can take place at your home or in a gym using your own equipment–or as functional bodyweight sessions if no equipment is available.

Sessions are billed according to your German health insurance coverage (private or public), only if you are covered in Germany. On-site in Cyprus, all treatments are self-pay.
