• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest (e.g., website security, Google Maps embedding)

4. Storage Duration

Data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Statutory retention periods (tax or professional law) are observed. After expiration, we review whether further storage is required.

• Billfox: appointment booking, hosted in Germany, data processed under GDPR
• SumUp: payment processing, data processed on EU servers
• Google Analytics (GA4): website usage tracking, data stored on Google servers worldwide, IP anonymization enabled
• Google Maps & Google Fonts: embedding content, data sent to Google LLC, worldwide, privacy compliant

6. Data Transfer Outside EU

Any transfer to non-EU countries is carried out only if adequate data protection is guaranteed (e.g., Google servers). IP addresses are anonymized where applicable.
